We're sad to hear that you want to leave us.
You may now self terminate your account via the Dosh App. To do this, tap the three bars in the top left corner of the main screen, and select "Support & Help".
Next tap "I Still Need Help" on the bottom of the screen as shown below
Scroll down to the option "Want to terminate your account?" as shown below, and tap on it.
You will be asked to fill out a couple of items and then you can submit your request!
You will then be asked to confirm your request. A reminder will pop up explaining that termination will forfeit any remaining balance under $15 in your account at the time of termination. Please note, that if you do not see this pop up reminder in your Dosh App, please make sure to update your app to the latest version available in your App Store!
Tap Terminate if you would like to proceed. You should see a message indicating that your account will be terminated within 7 days. Once the 7 days has passed, you will receive an email confirming the deletion of your account.
Note: you will not be able to self terminate if you have $15.00 or more in funds in your account or if you have a pending transfer. Additionally, if you change your mind and do not want to terminate, you will need to contact the support team to cancel your account termination prior to the 7 day window closing.
