Attention: We regret to inform you that the Dosh service will close permanently on 2/28/2025. All Dosh accounts will be terminated on 2/28/2025. You may self terminate your account via the Dosh app. To do this, tap the three bars in the top left corner of the main screen, and select "Support & Help".
Next, tap "I Still Need Help" on the bottom of the screen as shown below:
Scroll down to the option "Want to terminate your account?" as shown below, and tap on it.
You will be asked to fill out a couple of items and then you can submit your request!
You will then be asked to confirm your request. A reminder will pop up explaining that termination will forfeit any remaining balance in your account at the time of termination.
Tap Terminate if you would like to proceed. You should see a message indicating that your account will be terminated within 7 days. Once the 7 days has passed, you will receive an email confirming the deletion of your account.
Note: you will not be able to self terminate if you have $15.00 or more in funds in your account or if you have a pending transfer.
