If you have been double charged for your hotel booking, please send us an email at the address below making sure to provide:
1. A copy of your hotel receipt
2. A full copy of your credit or debit card statement showing the charge from the hotel
Once this documentation is received, we will work with our suppliers to reverse the charge. Once resolved, your refund can take up to 14 business days to appear on your credit or debit card statement.
