If you do not automatically receive your cash back for an offer, these are your options:
For local and nearby in-store offers, you have thirty (30) days from the date of the qualifying transaction to submit a ticket, provide evidence of the purchase, and request cash back.
For online offers, you have ninety (90) days from the date of qualifying transaction if made online to submit a ticket, provide evidence of the purchase and request cash back.
Along with the ticket you submit, please provide a screenshot of the receipt for your purchase making sure that the following information is visible:
- Last 4 digits of card used
- Merchant name
- Merchant Address (if your transaction was in-store)
- Transaction date
- Transaction amount
If you no longer have your receipt, you may submit a PDF of your statement making sure all of the above information is highlighted. Although Dosh redacts all statements sent to us, you may cross out any addresses, or other identifying personal information.
*Please note, any requests for cash back earned after the above deadlines will not be honored and any associated cash back will be forfeited.
