If the bank account linked to your account does not belong to an existing account holder, the funds will be returned to your Dosh wallet. Inputting the incorrect banking information will result in the bank transfer failing. Please make sure you enter in the correct information when linking your bank account.
We strongly encourage users to verify the banking information is correct prior to making a transfer. This ensures that your bank transfer is successful. We are not responsible for funds that have been deposited into the wrong account that may belong to someone else and we are not able to retrieve funds once they have been successfully deposited.
