Once your referral receives cash back for making a qualifying purchase at a participating Dosh merchant, and the transaction clears, you should automatically receive your referral bonus.
If you don't receive your referral bonus it may be because the transaction hasn't yet cleared or your referral didn't make a qualifying credit transaction. In order for our system to recognize that your referral has made a Dosh transaction, users must use an eligible, linked credit card, or swipe their eligible, linked debit card as “credit” at a participating Dosh merchant.
In order to earn cash back, a purchase must follow all guidelines laid out in the offer terms and conditions. All offer details can be found on the merchant page in the Dosh app under the "More Info & Fine Print" section. There, users will be able to review item exclusions, restrictions and daily max caps for cash back. We always recommend that users check the app prior to purchase in order to ensure cash back. All offer terms and conditions are set by the merchant prior to their partnering with us, and we must abide by them.
If a debit card is used, please make sure to swipe the card and choose credit (do not enter a PIN). If a debit transaction is made, we will not be able to issue automatic cash back, since we're only integrated with credit card processors.
