To log into your Dosh Account, tap on the Dosh App icon, tap "Login" (in the upper left corner of the app), input your mobile number and then enter your password.
Please note that if you have had a phone number change since you last logged into Dosh, you will need to submit a ticket to our Dosh Support Team to change the mobile number associated with your account.
Next, you’ll be sent a 6-digit two factor authentication code vis SMS text. You will be prompted to enter this code to verify account ownership. We care about your security! Please note that the code will automatically submit when the sixth digit is entered.
Tap "Resend" if you believe you did not input the code correctly. If you were unable to receive a code via SMS, tap “Didn’t Receive a Code?” for further information.
You can tap “Resend” from this screen as well to have another code sent, or you may contact the Dosh Support Team and we will be able to provide you with a two-factor authentication code via email.
