Forgot your password? No problem! Changing your password is easy in the app.
Please note, that if you have changed your phone number recently, you must first submit a ticket with us to change your phone number on your account before you can change your password.
You will first need to log out of the app, and then tap Log In. Click on the forgot password link located under the Password field, which will prompt you to enter your phone number. Please make sure you are entering the correct phone number, otherwise, you may not receive our confirmation text!
After entering your phone number, you will receive a two factor authentication verification code via SMS text that you will be asked to enter.
After entering your verification code, you will be able to change your password and regain access to your account.
Remember that your new password must meet the following password criteria:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- 1 uppercase (A,B,C,D)
- 1 lowercase (a,b,c,d)
- 1 number (0–9)
If you do not receive the verification code and have entered the correct phone number, please contact your phone provider. They may be blocking our short SMS codes to your phone, and you will not be able to receive them until they unblock them. You may also submit a ticket and we can manually send you an SMS code so that you may log back in! You may do so from this webpage or you can tap "Contact Support" in your app.
