If you didn’t receive your referral bonus, your referral may have been invalid. An invalid referral is when your referral doesn’t click your shared link while on their mobile phone or doesn’t enter your referral code within 48 hours of signing up. Ensure that your referrals know how to enter your referral code or that they click on your shared link while on their mobile phone so you get credit for it.
If you still feel that you have referred someone but didn’t receive credit for it, please submit a ticket. We're more than happy to review your account and give you your referral bonus for all valid referrals!
